This service can be provided as the construction and project management activities are carried out entirely by the engineer staff, or it can be provided by using the resources of the Employer, under the coordination and management of the Engineer.
The scope of service to be provided, including all or a part of the following services, is structured according to the needs of the Employer and the project:
Selection of subcontractor and/or main contractor and supervision and management of all project management processes
Establishment and/or review of the Construction Management Organization,
Management of Construction Activities,
Planning and Monitoring,
Management of Subcontractors and Suppliers,
Contract Management, Risk Log
Design Management and Coordination,
Quality Control Management,
Value Engineering,
Cost analysis, Budget and Cost Control,
Supply and Logistics Coordination
With the proposed construction management method, the management and coordination of the design activities will be undertaken by the Engineer, the works will be divided among the expert subcontractors in accordance with their experience and capacity, and a significant part of the materials can be purchased directly by the Employer from the relevant suppliers.
